Who does deliveries for us?
Our goods are delivered by world's leading logistics company such as Aramex & Bluedart. Please read our shipping policies to know more.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is automatically made free on all orders above Rs. 199/-
What is the estimated delivery time?
Most items will be dispatched within 24-72 hours. For some orders it may differ from one item to another. Delivery times vary across India & orders are delivered 1-4 days after dispatch depending on the PIN Code accessibility.
How do I track my order?
Since we take about 24-72 hours for dispatch, we request you to track your order here after 72 hours of placing it. In fact most of the orders leave our warehouse the next day itself & shipping information mail is automatically sent as soon as the tracking codes are generated.
Where does PosterGully ship to?
PosterGully delivers PAN India. Prepaid (processed through Debit Card, Credit Card or Netbanking) orders are delivered everywhere in India.
COD orders are delivered to over 7000 pin codes across India. Please see this link to check if we deliver 'Cash On Delivery' orders in your PIN code.
How is the packaging done?
PosterGully takes special care to deliver your orders in an impeccable condition. Our team makes sure your shipment reaches as it left our warehouse. Our tubes/boxes are sturdy and the items are sealed between sheets for protection. All posters, merchandise & art prints are packed securely in a mail tube/box/cardboard.

How do I pay for my purchase at PosterGully?
We've partnered with India's leading Payment Gateway - Direcpay (Powered by Times Of India) for our online payments through Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Diner's Club cards.
You could also choose the Cash on delivery (COD) option to pay for your orders. Please read about our COD policies to know more. Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.
Is the price shown to me at checkout inclusive of everything?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on check out is exactly what you pay. In case of COD, Rs 19 will be charged extra. This amount will be not be reflected during checkout and the customer is liable to pay it at the time of delivery.
What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, wherein you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance. COD facility can be availed for all orders above Rs 199. Please note we accept only Indian currency in Cash.
How do I place a Cash on Delivery order?
After adding the items to the cart, proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose the Payment option, select "Cash On Delivery (COD)". You will be required to make the Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.
How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
We accept all VISA, MasterCard and Diners Club cards - only Indian cards are supported and not International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.
Verification of COD Order.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery".
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.
Terms & Conditions:
- The maximum order value for COD is ₹10,000
- e-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders
- Cash-only payment at the time of delivery.
Are the products listed on the website always in stock?
If the product becomes out of stock, we de-list it from the website asap. But to err is human and technology can screw things up once in a blue moon. So God forbid, but if we receive an order for an out of stock product, we’ll try our level best to get it for you within three business days and if unfortunately we can’t, you’ll have your money back and something more.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or a wrong product?
Because we are customers ourselves and we know it can be frustrating when the purchase is not quite right, we offer a complete "no fuss" guarantee to all our customers. If your goods are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:
- Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.
- Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods.
