The books depicts the adventures of a wizard, Harry Potter and his friends Hermione Granger &  Ronald Weasley, all of whom are students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The books arcs Harry's quest to overcome the Dark wizard Lord Voldemort, whose aims are to become immortal, subjugate non-magical people, to conquer the wizarding world, and ultimately destroy Harry Potter.
